non-technical staff and management

problem-solving complex environment
• Proven ability to navigate the technology environment and work
effectively with multiple groups around the globe
• Strong negotiation/persuasion and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate and manage in a matrix organization with
multiple business partners and IT colleagues on a remote basis

Key Skills: Experience
• Minimum of 15 years of E1/Cloud SCM Project Management incl. direct
management or team leading experience
• 12-15 years of experience in a similarly complex technical
organization
• Demonstrated experience with project management/delivery / ITIL in a
regulated environment
Tool & Technology Skills
• Strong E1 implementation experience and Oracle Cloud SCM
• Strong in Manufacturing, MRP/DRP, Procurement, Quality, Intercompany,
Demand Planning, Inventory Management, distribution and logistics,
Product costing and Manufacturing accounting
• Strong in Quote to Cash
• Agile DevOps experience.
