Position: Oracle Cloud HCM – Functional
Job Qualification (Required Experience and Skills)
- Completed at least 2 full life cycle implementations of HCM Cloud projects
- Minimum 3 years of HCM experience (Cloud & Non-cloud – combined experience)
- Should have hands on experience with at least 2 of these HCM modules:
- Core HR
- Benefits
- Payroll
- Absence management
- Experience with supporting the business users on the core functionality
- Experience in supporting the self-service users
- Configure, document and test the applications as per business requirement.
- Provide functional guidance to technical team. Work closely with the technical team to debug the production issues
- Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout
- Analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution.
- Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.
- Should be willing to learn new functionalities and technologies.
- Hands on experience in creating queries, BI publisher report is a PLUS
- Oracle cloud HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence management certification is a PLUS
