Lead client workshops and interviews to gather and analyze business requirements related to the entire supply chain, including Oracle’s modern business practices of Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, Procure to Pay, and Repair to Resolution
? Solution Design & Configuration: Translate business requirements into a functional design document. Architect and help lead/configure the Oracle SCM Cloud application to meet client needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
? Advisory & Strategy: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and a primary point of contact for clients, providing guidance on best-in-class supply chain processes and how to optimize their use of the Oracle Cloud platform.
? Implementation Leadership: Guide the functional and technical SCM teams in the development of customizations, integrations, and data migration strategies. Lead system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live activities.
? Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to junior functional consultants, helping them grow their expertise in Oracle SCM.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience with Oracle applications, with at least 5 years focused on implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM
Functional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of core SCM processes and modules, including:
- Order Management and Pricing
- Supply Chain Planning
- Manufacturing
- Inventory Management
- Maintenance Cloud
- Product Information Management
- Cost Management
