Responsibilities:

Architect and deploy OpenShift clusters in on-premises and cloud environments.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable DevSecOps pipelines using RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Experience in designing for failure, including disaster recovery and business IT continuity planning

Implement and manage monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana to ensure system reliability and performance.

Develop and implement monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure optimal system health

Collaborate with development, operations, and QA teams to streamline the software development lifecycle.

Automate deployment, monitoring, and management of applications in OpenShift and Kubernetes environments.
-
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and Argo CD.

Create and manage Helm charts for application deployment.

Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Open Tofu for infrastructure management.

Build and manage Docker images for application deployment.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Experience in networking concepts including DNS, load balancing, ingress controllers, and service mesh

Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in DevSecOps, OpenShift, and Kubernetes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

13-15 years of experience in DevOps, with a focus on RedHat OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Strong expertise in building and managing DevOps pipelines.

Proficiency in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.

Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions and Argo CD.

Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Open Tofu).

Knowledge of DevSecOps tools, including SAST, DAST tools, and secrets management.

Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus and Grafana

Understanding of Linux

Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

OpenShift and Kubernetes certifications.

Experience with microservices architecture and serverless computing.
