Role: Technical Project/Program management

Location: Bay Area CA- Hybrid

Duration: 6+Month

 

Job Description:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

·       7+ years of experience in technical project or program management.

·       Proven experience managing cross-functional technology projects within complex organizations.

·       Strong expertise with Jira (administration, reporting, and governance).

·       Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and ability to adapt frameworks as needed.

· Experience aligning multiple verticals/teams under a consistent program-level structure.

·       Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·       Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

·       Background in financial services or enterprise technology environments preferred.

·       Experience working with Architecture and/or Technology Management Committees.

·       Demonstrated track record of bringing consistency and structure to distributed project management teams.
