Detailed Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OIM/IAM development, troubleshooting, and implementation, with a deep understanding of identity management workflows, integrations, and compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and troubleshoot Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) components and workflows.
* Design and execute data integration transformations for identity management projects using the OIM workflow engine.
* Create and manage core OIM components, such as scheduled tasks, adapters, and custom event handlers.
* Ensure SOX compliance and implement best practices in the IAM lifecycle.
* Provide solutions for Oracle Identity Manager 11gR2 and 12c environments.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OIM solutions with other applications and systems.
* Maintain documentation and support audits related to identity management processes.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in core OIM development and troubleshooting.
* Hands-on experience in implementing workflows and data integrations within OIM projects.
* Deep understanding of IAM lifecycle and SOX compliance audit processes.
* Practical exposure to Oracle Identity Manager versions 11gR2 and 12c.
* Ability to develop and manage custom OIM components like scheduled tasks.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
