Location – Remote / Chicago, IL
Duration – 12 Months
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expert in Application deployment and software Installation
• Software upgrade Planning ,Roll back and back-up process
• Understand application performance monitoring and resolve issue with respect to any performance related issues.
• Familiarity with automated testing tools to assist with regression testing of application
• Experience in TFS Administrative work
• Document process and Runbooks.
• Support end user’s issue
• Responsible for impact analysis documentation.
• Use Log components for logging. Perform daily monitoring of log files and resolve issues, actively involved in getting the QA, UAT and production issues resolved.
• Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another technology-related field.
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Some availability needed for off hours/weekends for support or application deployments
• Team Foundation Server(TFS) administrator experience i.e. upgrades, etc.
• Assist with application performance recommendations i.e. First InSite multi-threaded database
• Windows Server OS
• VMWARE and Active Directory
• Application Performance Monitoring
• Software Installation

• TFS Administration
• Database Knowledge
