Job Description:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience.
- We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to work closely with business stakeholders and the Project Manager in gathering, consolidating, and documenting requirements for a Workforce management system (RFP). The BA will engage with multiple lines of business, identify commonalities across units, and translate requirements into a structured RFP for vendors.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/ERP projects (Workforce management system experience preferred).
- Strong background in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
- Proven ability to work across multiple business units and consolidate diverse needs.
- Experience supporting RFPs, vendor evaluations, and product selection processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Conduct detailed conversations with customer line of business teams to gather and document requirements.
- Identify overlaps, dependencies, and common requirements across multiple business units.
- Consolidate requirements into a structured RFP document for Workforce management system vendors
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to align requirements with business priorities and timelines.
- Support the vendor evaluation process by preparing comparison matrices and fit-gap analyses.
- Ensure all requirements are validated and traceable to business outcomes.
- Provide input to the final implementation roadmap for the selected Workforce management system
