Job Description:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Diagnosing technical issues reported by customers regarding Oracle ERP modules, including data errors, system crashes, configuration problems, and integration issues.
- Customer Interaction: Responding to business inquiries via email, and ticketing systems, clearly explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Log Analysis: Reviewing system logs and error messages to identify root causes of problems.
- Configuration Management: Assisting with configuration changes within Oracle ERP modules to address specific client requirements.
- Patch Management: Applying updates and patches to Oracle ERP systems to resolve known bugs and security vulnerabilities.
- Knowledge Base Management: Contributing to the internal knowledge base by documenting solutions to common issues and best practices.
- Escalation Management: Identifying complex issues that require escalation to senior technical support engineers or development teams.
- Training and Support: Providing basic training to customers on Oracle ERP functionalities and usage.
- Required Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP modules: Thorough understanding of core Oracle ERP Financial module
- Technical proficiency: Familiarity with Oracle database concepts, SQL queries, and related technologies.
- Troubleshooting skills: Ability to diagnose technical issues systematically and identify root causes.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and concise communication to explain technical issues to non-technical users.
- Competencies: Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF)
