Job Description:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience.
- Day to Day Operations:
- HIGH Priority PROD/Non-PROD Ticket Support
- Weekend Support as per requirement from the customer
- Change Management
- Schedule jobs in Mainframe or Distributed Environments
- Consultation to Users / other support team / L2 Team
- Creating JCL and troubleshoot issues with slow response or pertaining to jobs
- Script changes
Skills Required:
- Technical Sound on Tivoli alerts and Mainframe systems
- Troubleshoot and provide advice on Schedule jobs failure etc.
- Experience in Performance Tuning, Slowness of the scheduled jobs, deep analysis in handling failure, RFB etc.
- Knowledge of relational databases, NO SQL Database will be added advantage
- Good communication skill and experience to handle P1/P2 outages.
- Good in Shell script / Python
Technical Skillset:
- IBM Mainframe CPU System, MVS/ESAUnix / Red Hat LinuxTSP/ISPF, TCP/IP, SDSFACF/VTAM, FIIeaidTSO/ISPF Correction
