Job Title :- NoSQL Developer (predominantly Cassandra)

Location : Irving, TX

Job Description: –

·          Install, configure, patch, and upgrade database software (Cassandra, Mongo, Elastic Search)

·          Should have working experience in python or any equivalent scripting language to develop and maintain data pipelines in/out of NoSQL

·          Should have working knowledge of AWS Cloud Infrastructure and Linux OS

·          Work with Development team to help determine and deploy the best datastore technology and data model strategy for their needs

·          Work with Development team to understand the Application requirement and design database schema accordingly

·          Manage the operations for both development and production databases

·          Create and configure Alerts to health check the servers and the databases running on them

·          Design, implement, maintain and automate the appropriate backup and recovery architecture as required

·          Work with internal teams to plan and schedule application upgrades

·          Troubleshoot NoSQL issues and performance bottlenecks

·          24 x 7 On call support for any PROD issues
