Job Description : We are looking a strong L2/L3 Network Security engineer. Resource should have very good knowledge and experience on below technologies. ? Palo Alto ? Citrix NetScaler Load Balancer, F5 LB ? Cisco Routing & Switching ? Cisco Nexus and ACI environment ? Wireless Controllers ? ISE
Roles and Responsibilities: ? Network segmentation design, planning, and implementation. ? Provide specialized hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution for customer s Network. ? Route physical problems to onsite hands and feet support staff. ? Evaluate and test new vendor and in-house network initiatives. Works on multiple projects as a technical lead and gathers and analyzes data and develops network security requirements. Works on highly complex projects that require in-depth knowledge of one or more specialized platform areas such as network, security, applications, and data. ? Assists in the analysis, design, and development of a roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs future state. ? Analyzes the current network to identify risks and develop opportunities for improvements. ? Coordinate H/W Maintenance activity with 3rd Party for hardware installation, troubleshooting and fixing hardware issues. ? Provide support to Network hardware/software/configuration. ? Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in projects and is aligned to IT and business strategies. ? Assists in post-implementation continuous-improvement efforts to enhance performance and provide increased functionality. ? Support team member development by reviewing and analyzing complex infrastructure issues, communicating feedback to team members, sharing knowledge, responding to inquiries, and providing recommendations on best practices. ? Provide support for network security framework by responding to escalated issues, troubleshooting errors and developing technical solutions to ensure implementation of process improvements. ? Collaborate with key stakeholders by regularly communicating, clarifying technical solutions and supporting timely and efficient team operations by utilizing and sharing knowledge and expertise. (1.) To clearly understand the client’s cybersecurity environment and respective product. (2.) To monitor, configure, and troubleshoot cybersecurity issues and related monitoring tools (3.) To analyze and validate cybersecurity incidents in-detail and help the L3 team with RCA or data or logs collection (4.) To enable knowledge transferor trainings through creation or maintenance of configuration documents, test plans, operational manuals and provide operational training to L1 team. (5.) To analyze and fine-tune cybersecurity policies, participate in cybersecurity review calls pertaining to change requests and recommendations on cybersecurity policy changes. (6.) To implement changes, monitor security device performance and implements performance tuning when necessary. (7.) To prepare analyses and reports to highlight the project progress or challenges and ensure quality and accuracy to the client.
