Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Network Security Engineer with strong experience in securing web applications and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure network architectures while ensuring the protection of applications and cloud-based infrastructure against evolving cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
· Design, implement, and manage secure network architectures and security controls
· Monitor, detect, and respond to network and application security threats
· Secure web applications by implementing best practices (OWASP Top 10, WAF, secure coding standards)
· Configure and manage firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network monitoring tools
· Implement and maintain cloud security controls across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
· Design, deploy, and tune Web Application Firewall (WAF) solutions (e.g., F5, Palo Alto, AWS WAF, Cloudflare) for edge, cloud, and on-premise environments.
· Develop custom WAF rules and security testing packages to mitigate OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities.
· Manage HTTPS inspection, SSL/TLS certificate management, and rate-limiting techniques.
