Network Administrator – Hybrid role in GA

Role: Network Administrator
Location: Atlanta, GA (3 days a week onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months

Role Overview:
The Network Administrator ensures the smooth operation of the
organization’s IT network infrastructure. This role involves installing,
maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting network systems to deliver
optimal performance, security, and reliability.

Responsibilities:
•      Network Monitoring & Maintenance: Oversee daily network uptime and performance, proactively resolve network-related tickets and incidents. • Troubleshooting & Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues across multiple platforms and environments. • Vendor Diversity Management: Maintain and support network equipment from various vendors (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Dell), ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
•       Wireless Infrastructure Support: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot
wireless networks, including access points and controllers.
•       Documentation & Reporting: Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel to
track network metrics, document incidents, and generate performance
reports.

Required Qualifications:
•       Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience maintaining network
equipment in a high-availability environment.
•       Certifications:
o       Mandatory: Cisco CCNA
o       Preferred: CCNP Enterprise or other advanced certifications

Technical Skills:
•      Strong hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches • Familiarity with HP and Dell networking equipment • Expertise in Aruba wireless systems • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
