Job Title: Sr. Storage/Backup Engineer
Location: San Antonio, TX (Hybrid)

Qualifications & Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level, highly available, fault-tolerant storage infrastructure.
- Strong experience in Backup and Storage technologies
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetApp Data ONTAP, NetApp NAS, and NetApp Storage Grid, Pure Storage.
- 5+ years of experience managing Cohesity/Rubrik/NetBackup backup solutions and clusters.
- 3+ years of experience managing SAN related products like handling Pure Storage, EMC, Hitachi
- Proficiency in enterprise SAN (Storage Area Network) management, including technologies like Fiber Channel zoning, FCoE (Fiber Channel over Ethernet), and storage controllers through Brocade switches.
- Working knowledge of virtualization technologies and disaster recovery strategies.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement, articulate challenges, and develop and implement solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret data for informed decision-making on infrastructure management.
- Experience supporting storage infrastructure in both Windows and Linux server environments.
- Practical knowledge of SSL certificates and managing licenses.
