About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically strong Data Analyst to support a large-scale division integration program. This role will play a critical part in consolidating and aligning data across merging business units, ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful analytics to guide operational and strategic decisions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams—including integration leads, product owners, IT, and business stakeholders. Proficiency in SQL, Azure SQL, GCP, and Databricks is essential, along with strong analytical thinking and communication skills.

What You’ll Do:
• Support the integration of data systems between target and incoming divisions using Azure SQL, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), and Databricks.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and reconcile data across systems.
• Analyze data related to item setup, pricing, promotions, inventory, and store operations to support the integration team’s objectives.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather data requirements and create actionable reports and dashboards.
• Identify data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and gaps that may affect integration activities and recommend solutions.
• Build standardized datasets and reporting frameworks to support unified performance tracking post-integration.
• Present insights and findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences, including program leadership.
• Assist in developing and maintaining data documentation, lineage, and governance processes across systems.

• Advanced skills in SQL, with demonstrated experience in querying and transforming large, complex datasets.
• Proficiency with Azure SQL, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), and Databricks.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to connect the dots across diverse data sources.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills—especially in cross-functional and fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to document, standardize, and present data in a business-relevant format.
