Your main mission is to promote the adoption of Agile methodologies and support teams in their transformation. As a Scrum Master / Agile Team Coach, you ensure the proper implementation of Agile practices within your team and more broadly at the organizational level.
Within your “Infrastructure and Security Operation” team, composed of various technical and functional profiles, you facilitate Agile ceremonies (meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives) and ensure smooth execution. You coach team members on Agile principles and values, thus promoting continuous improvement and self-organization.
Your role also involves identifying and eliminating obstacles that hinder team productivity, promoting fluid communication, and resolving conflicts.
You analyze metrics and key indicators to track the progress of projects and sprints, ensuring regular delivery of added value.
You actively contribute to the continuous improvement efforts of Agile processes within the organization by sharing best practices and promoting a culture of learning and innovation.
Main Responsibilities:
Support teams in adopting Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and promote best practices
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (meetings, planning sessions, retrospectives) and ensure their smooth execution
Coach teams on Agile principles and values to foster continuous improvement
Act as a facilitator and remove obstacles to enable teams to be fully productive
Monitor the progress of projects and sprints by analyzing metrics and key indicators
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile Coach (minimum 3 years)
Scrum Master certification or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, and organization
Mandatory technical and conversational English
