Looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant to join our team. This role is perfect for a professional who excels at collaborating with business stakeholders to define requirements and then translating those into high-level technical designs that guide our development team.
• While your primary focus will be on solution design and functional analysis, you should possess a strong technical acumen, including the ability to get hands-on with Apex/LWC if specific needs arise or to better understand a technical challenge.
• You'll play a critical role in optimizing our existing Salesforce landscape. Your ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions will be key to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Requirement Analysis: Lead discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders to deeply understand current processes, identify pain points, and define comprehensive business and functional requirements.
• Solution Design & Architecture: Design robust, scalable, and efficient Salesforce solutions, leveraging a combination of declarative features and identifying areas that require custom development (Apex, LWC).
• High-Level Technical Blueprinting: Prepare high-level technical solution designs and architectural blueprints, outlining how requirements will be met, specifying integration points, and guiding the development team.
• Functional & Technical Bridge: Act as the primary liaison between the business team and the Salesforce development team, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on Capability (as needed): While not a primary development role, be capable of getting hands-on with Salesforce configuration, Apex, or LWC to prototype solutions, assist with complex troubleshooting, or understand technical nuances when required.
• Service Cloud Specialization: Provide expert guidance and solutions within our highly customized Salesforce Service Cloud environment, understanding its complexities and proposing improvements.
• Quality Assurance & UAT Support: Collaborate with QA teams, assist in developing test cases, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet all specified requirements and quality standards.
• Documentation: Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for business requirements, functional specifications, and high-level technical designs.
• Best Practices & Governance: Champion Salesforce best practices for configuration, development, and data management, contributing to overall platform governance.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay informed on new Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends to proactively recommend solutions and enhancements. Required Skills and Qualifications: • Salesforce Experience: 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer/Consultant on complex Salesforce implementation and optimization projects.
• Strong Business Acumen: Exceptional ability to analyse complex business processes, identify challenges, and translate them into actionable Salesforce solutions.
• Solution Design Expertise: Proven track record in designing scalable and effective Salesforce solutions, balancing declarative and programmatic approaches.
• Technical Understanding: Solid understanding of Salesforce's technical capabilities, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flow, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on Readiness: While not a daily coding role, demonstrate the ability and willingness to get hands-on with Salesforce development (Apex, LWC) if the situation demands.
• Service Cloud Focus: In-depth experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud are essential, including its customization aspects.
• Communication & Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diversity.
Required Skills:
