Job description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Quality Analyst to join our ONSHORE team. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with product and business teams. This role requires strong communication skills, a self-driven attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies. Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Identify, document, and track defects using standard QA tools. Perform root cause analysis and work with development teams to resolve issues. Ensure software meets quality standards and business expectations. Provide clear and concise feedback to cross-functional teams and proactively seek solutions to testing challenges.
Required Skills: Strong experience in manual and automated testing methodologies. Proficiency with QA tools such as JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, or similar. Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
