Role: BI Analyst (xWF)
Location: Bay Area, CA (3 days a week onsite)

Job Description:
· Need a level 4 analyst to support with the business reporting and analytical insights across RO costs related initiatives. Primary Focus on reducing turnaround for various deep dives and investigations plus optimizing existing reporting.
· We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled BI analyst, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial processes, and expertise in SQL along with various tools such as Looker, Plx (Google internal – big plus) etc
· Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support the Cost Allocation process.
· Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources using SQL.
· Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost optimization.
· Design and implement data visualizations using tools like Looker to present complex financial data in an understandable format.
· Utilize Plx for advanced data analysis and deep dives related to cost allocation.
· Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis.
· Continuously seek to improve data reporting and analysis processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a BI Analyst or Data engineering/infrastructure role, preferably within a finance department
· Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
· Extensive experience with BI visualization tools, particularly Looker.
· Familiarity with Plx or similar advanced analytical platforms. (Big plus)
· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
· Experience with other BI tools and data warehousing concepts.
