Role: AI/ML Project Manager
Location: Santa Clara, CA

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership: Oversee AI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and operations teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into IT manufacturing systems.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to define, understand project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Resource Allocation: Manage project resources, including team members, budgets, and timelines, to ensure efficient project execution.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that all AI/ML solutions meet the required standards and specifications.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the AI/ML project teams.
 
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML projects in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data analytics tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment is highly desirable.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
 
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
Generative AI Expertise: Experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), GPT architectures, and related applications.
Experience: Previous experience in managing AI/ML projects
