Role: Business Analyst
Job Location:-Remote
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Client is looking for a Business Analyst to support the CRG Integration Infrastructure and Security workstreams.  They will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. 
Key Responsibilities: 
•    Requirement Gathering: 
Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements. 
Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and objectives.
•    Process Analysis: 
Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. 
Develop process maps and flowcharts to visualize current and future states.
•    Data Analysis:
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. 
Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards.
•    Solution Development: 
Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and implement solutions that address business needs. 
Create detailed specifications, use cases, and user stories to guide development efforts

•    Project Management: 
Assist Project Manager in project planning, coordination, and execution. 
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. 
•    Stakeholder Communication: 
Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. 
Provide regular updates, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
•    Testing and Validation: 
Develop and execute test plans to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for continuous improvement. 
•    Documentation: 
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user manuals. 
Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders. 
•    Training and Support: 
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems. 
Address any issues or concerns and provide ongoing assistance as needed. 
 
 
Qualifications: 
•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
•    Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI). 
•    Experience with business process modeling and mapping tools (e.g., Visio). 
•    Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). 
•    Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
