Lead Mulesoft Developer Skills:
Mulesoft Integration, Healthcare/Pharma
Certification in Cloud and System Integration.

Mulesoft Lead the System Integration platform team.

Manage and evolve the System Integration platform governance.

Manage the System Integration platform and use case demands.

Onboard and guide the System Integration use case team (on-demand basis).

Participate and assess the System Integration new use case design and its compliance with the System Integration platform governance.

Assess and guide the System Integration platform team on the System Integration platform and use case enhancements.

Manage and evolve the System Integration platform and use case support, maintenance, and deployment process. Mentor the team on the Otsuka pharma R&D domain, GxP, CSV, ITIL, Agile, and DevOps processes.

Present the latest industry trends and good practices of System Integration to Otsuka.

 

Qualification

At least 8 years of intensive hands-on experience in System Integration design, development, support, and maintenance using the System Integration suite of tools.

Experience establishing standardized processes and procedures to manage System Integration.

Strong understanding of the System Integration and Microservices Lifecycle.

Experience managing System Integration stakeholder identification, requirements, and thresholds.

Experience in establishing and supporting the Platform Governance for the System Integration suite of tools (preferably, MuleSoft iPaaS modules).

Experience working in the Life science Pharma R&D domain, GxP, CSV process, and CSV documentation.

Experience writing Technical Documentation in compliance with GDP.

Experience working in ITIL, Agile, and DevOps frameworks (preferably ServiceNow and Azure DevOps).

Experience mentoring a small to mid-size team.

Excellent listening, critical thinking, and analytical skills.

Certification in Cloud and System Integration (any specialty).


 

(1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance or solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team. (2.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module, and participate in technical discussion so review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (3.) To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity (4.) To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
