Direct Hire/Contract/Contract to hire: (6 Month contract to hire)
Duties: This opportunity is a 6 Month contract to hire position that will be a part of Indiana Farm Bureau’s Microsoft Dynamics development team. The experienced Dynamics Developer will be hired to work a hybrid schedule of Tuesday, Wednesday and every other Thursday in office in Indianapolis. This resource will be working with end users while handling multiple projects. This resource will be involved with the customization and configuration of the CRM platform including plugin development, and integration with existing systems.
Additional Responsibilities include the following:
Develop and customize solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform (Sales and Service modules).
Build and optimize plugins, workflows, and business process flows using C# and the Dynamics SDK. Design and implement integrations with existing applications, including OpenStack. Hands-on development within Dynamics 365 modules (actively working inside the modules). Extend Dynamics 365 functionality through client-side scripting (Xrm / JavaScript frameworks). Implement and maintain Dataverse solutions. Ensure compliance with Dynamics 365 Security Concepts such as : Security Roles
Team Security
Field Level Security
Hierarchy Security
Integrate Dynamics 365 with messaging brokers like ActiveMQ or similar
Required Skills:
Must have at least 2 yrs. of Microsoft Dynamics CRM configuration, customization and enhancements; we are seeking a mid to senior level MS Dynamics Cloud 365 Developer
Must have worked and have experience working with Sales/Service or Marketing
Must have some exposure to Dataverse and backend Experience with plug in and MS Power Automate flow Experience with SQL Server and/or DB2 database is a must Would consider someone that has worked with Customer Voice, Contact Center Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship

Bachelors/associate’s in information technology or equivalent experience in e-commerce, web and/or client /server development
