Role: MS Dynamics CRM Business Analyst – Intelligent Order Management

Location: Dallas, TX (Initial Remote)
. Experience of 8 – 12 years in IT, including at least 5 -6 years in functional roles
. At least 4 – 5 years’ experience in implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (across versions including Dynamics 365 CRM) in the role of a Business Analyst/Functional Consultant
. Proven customer facing skills
. Should have executed at least two end-to-end projects in Dynamics 365 CRM, that include complex functionality, integrations with multiple systems, and global user base.
. Some exposure to and experience in the Telecom vertical is preferable
. Must have hands-on implementation experience in multiple modules of D365 CRM – experience in Field Service module will be a big plus
. Must have some demonstrable experience / exposure in Intelligent Order Management (IOM) of Dynamics 365, integrated with a backend system
. Have demonstrable experience in requirements gathering (conducting requirement workshops, interacting with Senior Business users and IT Stakeholders) preparing BRD, functional fitment, customer review and sign-off
. Should have experience working in Agile/iterative methodology
. Provide support and quality assurance for delivered Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
. Work with QA team lead to prepare test scenarios and test cases
. Support preparation of training materials, conduct functional training for super users
. Must have prior experience in the onsite-offshore model
. Excellent communication and documentation skills
