1. Very strong, clearly demonstrated mobile app DevSecOps experience in each of the following categories
a. Development
b. Operations & Troubleshooting
c. Innovation
2. Mobile app development
a. Dev experience with at least 2 out of 3 major platforms (iOS, Android, UWP)
b. Mobile app automated UI testing experience
3. Azure DevOps Pipelines for mobile apps
4. Microsoft App Center for mobile apps
