Position Summary
We’re looking for a seasoned Program Manager to lead a multi-year enterprise MarTech transformation initiative for a major telecom client. This is a strategic and hands-on role, responsible for aligning marketing, data, and technology teams to build a scalable, data-driven marketing ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
🚀 Strategic Leadership
Define and drive the MarTech transformation roadmap
Align business and marketing objectives with technology investments
📦 End-to-End Program Delivery
Manage full program lifecycle from business case through deployment
Oversee budgets, timelines, resources, and risk management
🔧 Technology Integration
Oversee integration of platforms: CDPs (e.g., Tealium/Adobe/Salesforce), personalization engines, analytics, CRM
Ensure scalable, secure, and seamless customer experience tech stack
👥 Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, and Data Science teams
Communicate program progress with executive stakeholders
Manage vendor performance and delivery
🧠 Change Management & Adoption
Drive training and enablement for marketing teams
Redefine workflows for optimal use of new tech stack
📊 Governance & Compliance
Ensure compliance with Verizon’s standards for security, privacy, and brand safety
Required Qualifications
10-12+ years in program management; 5+ years leading enterprise tech transformations
Deep MarTech knowledge: CDPs, automation, analytics, CRM (Adobe/Tealium/Salesforce)
Proven success in cross-functional leadership within large, matrixed organizations
Strong financial acumen – budget ownership & business case development
Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Tech-related field.
