Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Manufacturing Engineer to design, optimize, and support
efficient production processes. The Manufacturing Engineer will work closely with production, quality, and
design teams to improve manufacturability, reduce costs, and ensure products are built safely, consistently,
and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develop, implement, and improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and layouts
2.Evaluate product designs for manufacturability and provide feedback to design teams
3.Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating
procedures (SOPs)
4.Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and throughput
8.Select, specify, and support manufacturing equipment, tooling, and fixtures
9.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
10.Analyse production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
Additional valuable expertise:
Sheet metal Fab to support and train employees on implementation of the Sheet metal fabrication value
stream.
Equipment set up, machine programming and commissioning of our lasers and press brakes viable for future
automation.
Some copper bracing expertise and support operator training.
Supporting team for the production readiness, leveraging, and updating standard work and procedures to
other Plants.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s/master’s degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
with 5-8 years relevant exp.
2.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 3.Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Minitab, or similar software. 4.Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and methodologies. 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
6.Certification in Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications is a plus.
