Job description:

Be responsible for providing hands-on Level 2 production support of Wealth Management Americas suite of client and field facing applications .
govern production support execution aligned to existing ITIL framework.
follow effective and efficient operational policies, processes, and procedures.
work closely with the vendor, key stakeholders to plan for cost optimized solutions, manage delivery, implementation, process improvement and production product support.
possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and synthesizing skills.
Mainframe batch, DB2, CICS, Scheduling, Autosys and Azure Cloud, – all are very valuable skills for this role. You need to be a hands-on person.
support the Service & Product Manager across several technical domains.
ensure workflows, processes, tooling, applications, and monitoring maturity are of the highest quality standard.
contribute expertise to the management of existing and new IT products and services .
define workarounds for known errors and initiate process improvements.
maintain a knowledge database.

Your expertise:

ideally 8 years of hands-on experience with Mainframe, batch, and distributed applications.
proficient with tools and technologies, such as Db2, CICS, Scheduling, ServiceNow.
proficient with monitoring tools such as Splunk, AppDynamics, Selenium.
ability to solve complex issues, good at problem statement analysis and solution design thinking.
track record of influencing senior IT stakeholders and business partners.
confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences.
capable of understanding client needs and translating this into products and services.
Familiarity with the SRE (Site Reliability Engineering) automation approach .
