Job Description :
The Machine Learning Engineer/Scientist will play a key role in developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms to address complex business challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, data analysis, and programming, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acquire and preprocess large datasets for analysis and model training.
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning models.
- Create data pipeline and data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and objectives
- Evaluate and experiment with different models to optimize performance
- Extract relevant features from structured and unstructured data
- Identify and create new features to enhance model accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement validation strategies to ensure model generalization and robustness
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions to track model performance over time.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
- Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries.
- Experience in Cloud platforms – AWS or CGP
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors or Master’s. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in the IT field
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) or Deep Learning is a big plus
