Icertis Implementation Developer (Technical)

Location: Remote

Looking for an Icertis Implementation Developer (Technical) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and supporting the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform for our clients. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure, and deliver scalable contract management solutions that align with client business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• First-hand experience of the Icertis Contract Intelligence platform implementations.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system configuration or integration specifications.
• Configure the Icertis platform using ICI tools and capabilities (e.g., workflows, templates, clauses, permissions).
• Integrate Icertis with enterprise systems like Salesforce, SAP, etc., via APIs
• Assist with data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Provide post-implementation support, enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Stay up to date with Icertis features and best practices to recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

•              Mandatory 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform.

•              Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management (CLM) concepts and enterprise contracting workflows.

•              Experience with Icertis configuration (data models, templates, workflows, clauses, etc.).

•              Proven technical expertise with system integration using REST APIs, JSON, or middleware tools.

•              Prior experience with implementation of ICI for a retail /CPG customer is a definite plus

•              Strong communication and client-facing skills

•              Bachelor’s degree in computer science, or a related field is required

Call outs :

•              This is an independent contributor role from day one

•              This is a hands-on position and will be working in a multi-vendor , multi-geo teams

•              Remote option can be considered for right skilled candidates if following conditions are agreed upon

•              Should be working in CST time zone

•              Should be available in VC without notice during working hours

•              Should only work from the agreed location

•              Be available in video for stand ups and other meetings

•              Be available to work from local office on need basis
