Title: Atlassian Consultant 

Location: Remote(Consultant need to work in EST time zone)

Domain: Healthcare

 

 

Overview: 

As a Atlassian Consultant, your role is to implement tailored solutions directly, translating client requirements into real, working configurations within Atlassian tools. You’ll be on the front lines—configuring, testing, automating, and iterating to ensure client success. 

 

Consultant Responsibilities 

As a Atlassian Consultant, you are the hands-on executor of the solution. Your responsibilities include: Understand the client’s problem and objectives, and translate those into practical, actionable configurations within Atlassian tools. Configure, customize, and automate Atlassian tools using Atlassian best practices to meet client requirements. Provide implementation-focused recommendations and communicate trade-offs clearly and concisely. Manage multiple engagements, balancing timelines, client priorities, and internal expectations. Be accountable for delivering high-quality solutions that support client satisfaction, retention, and project success. Accurately plan and track your time and work against project scopes. Support client communications and partner with Engagement Leads to ensure transparency through documentation like engagement plans and status reports. 

Maintain at least two Atlassian certifications, and earn accreditations as assigned.

Title: Planview Solution Architect

Location: Remote(Consultant need to work in EST time zone)

Domain: Healthcare

 

Position Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Planview Solution Architect to lead the configuration, optimization, and rollout of Planview for a healthcare organization. The SME will work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, design effective portfolio and project management solutions, and ensure a smooth adoption across the enterprise. This role requires a strong mix of technical configuration expertise, healthcare domain knowledge, and change management skills. 

 

Key Responsibilities

Configuration & Setup ◦ Configure and customize Planview modules (Portfolio, Project, Resource, Time, Financials, etc.) to meet organizational needs. ◦ Establish governance structures, workflows, and reporting dashboards aligned with healthcare industry standards. ◦ Integrate Planview with Jira systems. 

 

• Rollout & Adoption 

◦ Develop a comprehensive rollout plan for enterprise-wide adoption, including timelines, training, and communication strategies. ◦ Partner with business units to ensure successful onboarding and usage. ◦ Create and deliver training materials, user guides, and best practice documentation. 

 

• Stakeholder Engagement 

◦ Collaborate with PMO, IT, and departmental leaders to capture requirements and align configurations to business objectives. ◦ Act as the primary liaison between the technical team, business stakeholders, and Planview support. 

 

• Continuous Improvement 

◦ Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within Planview. ◦ Monitor system usage and adoption metrics to drive enhancements. ◦ Stay current on Planview updates, new features, and healthcare compliance requirements. 

 

 

Required Skills & Experience 

• Planview Expertise

 

◦ 5+ years of experience with Planview configuration, administration, and deployment. ◦ Proven track record of implementing Planview in large organizations, preferably in healthcare. 

 

• Healthcare Industry Knowledge

◦ Understanding of healthcare project/portfolio management requirements, regulatory considerations (HIPAA, etc.), and resource allocation challenges. 

 

• Technical & Analytical Skills 

◦ Experience with Planview integrations (APIs, data feeds) and reporting tools. ◦ Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical configurations. 

 

• Project & Change Management 

◦ Ability to create detailed rollout plans and manage execution. ◦ Excellent facilitation, training, and communication skills. 

 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

• Planview Certified Practitioner or similar certification. • Experience with Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Agile at scale in healthcare settings. • Familiarity with healthcare IT governance and compliance frameworks

 

 

 

Title: Data Engineer Specialist

Location: Remote(Consultant need to work in EST time zone)

Domain: Healthcare

 

Position Purpose: A brief statement summarizing the basic purpose of the position or contribution to the department or organization, it should answer what, how and why.

 

Is responsible for designing and implementing advanced data solutions that align with enterprise needs for analytics, reporting, and operational efficiency. This role focuses on delivering robust data architectures, enforcing governance standards, and collaborating across teams to build scalable and secure data systems.

Advanced Data Engineering and Solution Design (40%)

•            Architect and implement scalable data pipelines to process and integrate structured and unstructured data.

•            Design end-to-end data solutions, including data lakes, warehouses, and marts, to support analytics and operational systems.

•            Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing data architectures.

Data Governance and Compliance (30%)

•            Develop and enforce data governance standards, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).

•            Implement data lineage, metadata management, and auditability practices using tools like Apache Atlas or AWS Glue Data Catalog.

•            Establish and manage data stewardship frameworks to improve data quality and trust across the organization.

Collaboration and Mentorship (20%)

•            Partner with analytics, AI/ML, and software engineering teams to ensure seamless data integration and usability.

•            Mentor junior data engineers on best practices in data governance, solution design, and modern engineering techniques.

Performance Optimization and Security (10%)

•            Optimize system performance by designing and implementing data partitioning, indexing, and compression strategies.

•            Ensure data security through access controls, encryption, and secure design practices.

 

Critical Qualifications:

 

Education and Experience

•            Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

•            8+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong emphasis on data governance and solution design.

•            Expertise in developing scalable data architectures for enterprise reporting and AI/ML applications.

 

Core Competencies

•            Proficiency in distributed data frameworks like Apache Spark and Flink.

•            Experience with enterprise data modeling (e.g., Erwin, dbt, SQL Data Modeler) and Integration (e.g. POSTMAN, SOAP-UI) tools 

•            Advanced knowledge of data governance tools and frameworks, such as Apache Atlas or Collibra.

•            Strong understanding of cloud platforms and data services, including AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, and GCP BigQuery.

 

 

Additional Qualifications:

 

•            Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.

•            Strong communication skills to effectively articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

•            Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

•            Certifications in cloud, database, and programming are a plus.
