You Are:
We are seeking a Senior/Lead Workday HCM (Benefits and Compensation Focus) Consultant to lead, support and provide guidance to our clients on deployments and production support/AMS engagements. The consultant in this role is expected to have a strong background in relevant Workday modules with the ability to guide and support our customers, while taking a lead role within the global UST Workday practice.
The opportunity:
· Support and lead configuration activities during deployment, client staff augmentation or AMS projects involving Workday HCM, Compensation, USA Benefits and related functionality.
· Will need to be able to provide recommendations and best practices for deploying functionality in Workday in alignment with client’s business objectives and needs.
· Working on support and guiding on annual processes like merit cycles, compensation, open enrollment and related business cycle events.
· Manage and work effectively with cross-functional teams under time-critical deadlines and be able to handle competing priorities by managing expectations.
· Build, support and provide leadership for our global UST Workday practice in relevant areas (e.g. aspire to be a product lead). This role will eventually have direct reports.
This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.
What you need:
· At least 4+ years of Workday consulting experience around Workday HCM, USA Benefits and Compensation deployments or AMS/post-production engagements
· Workday Core HCM, Benefits and Compensation certification are required and as a partner company we can maintain your certification.
· Highly desirable if you have certifications and experience in other functional areas (e.g. Recruiting or Talent)
· Sound understanding of Workday business process, configuration (plans) and operational frameworks for benefits and compensation areas.
· Strong understanding of key Workday testing phases and integration related touchpoints for applicable functional areas
· Persuasive communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.
· Ability to work in a diverse and global team while effectively collaborate across teams.
· Location – Remote (up to 10% travel)
