Job description:

We are looking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer to design, build, and optimize data-driven customer engagement solutions using SFMC. This role requires strong technical proficiency in marketing automation, scripting, and Salesforce ecosystem integration. As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer, you will work closely with marketing teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable, personalized campaigns using various SFMC modules and tools.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with marketing teams and SFMC architects to gather requirements and implement tailored Marketing Cloud solutions.

Design and develop personalized multi-channel campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Cloud Pages, and Mobile Studio.

Develop AMPscript, SSJS, and HTML/CSS for dynamic content across email and landing pages.

Create and manage data extensions, SQL queries, and segmentation logic.

Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in journeys, automations, data flows, and content personalization.

Support change management and deployment to production environments.

Assist in data management across business units (BUs) and maintain consistency with integrated systems.

Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

Maintain and update documentation for processes, custom code, and configurations.

Participate in code reviews, QA, and promote best development practices.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Role Requirement:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development.

Proficiency with key SFMC modules:

Mandatory:

Email Studio, Web Studio, Mobile Studio

Solid knowledge of: AMPscript, Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS)SQL, HTML, CSS

Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs (REST/SOAP)

Experience working on at least two end-to-end SFMC implementations.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools like Git.

Exposure to Einstein, MobilePush, or real-time personalization tools is a plus.

Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts, data modeling, and customer lifecycle strategies.
