Job Description :  

5+ years of overall IT solutions experience with   3+ years of Salesforce development experience.

Mandatory to have experience with Service Cloud projects.

Experience in Setting up & customizing Service cloud console and Developing custom console components and integrating with console.

Experience in SFDC APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.

Experience working with Salesforce communities, Apex, SOQL, VisualForce, Lightning, JavaScript, Eclipse IDE, WorkBench, Data Loader, Ant tool, Reports and Dashboards.

Hands-on experience with Apex programming and Visualforce pages coding.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform and is hands-on.

Good understanding of integration and database.

Certifications – Platform Developer 1, Platform Developer 2 (preferred

 

Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and 2 certification

3 to 5  years experience working in a complex Enterprise technology environment and Salesforce platform

Strong implementation experience with key Documentum product suite like WebTop, D2 Digital Asset Manager, Records Manager, Business Process Designer.

Good knowledge on Documentum server side implementation using TBOs, SBOs.

Integration of Documentum platform with external Enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM.

Good knowledge of scanning solution like Captiva and integration with Documentum.

Good Team Player Self-starter and highly motivated individual.

Should be able to operate with minimal direction.

Process oriented with an unrelenting drive for continuous improvement.

Strategic thinking experience in scoping, solution and design.

Good Team Player Self-starter and highly motivated individual.

 

Responsibilities

As a Documentum Administrator, you should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues.

 Plan and schedule Changes, Coordinating with different stakeholders.

Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.

Integration of Documentum platform with external Enterprise systems such as SAP, CRM.

Perform Trend analysis, identify top few incidents and work with respective teams/individuals to minimise the incidents.

Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders on a need basis.

Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.

Work on the service improvement programs.

 Automate the tasks wherever applicable.

Understand the scalability and performance requirements and design the landscape according to the requirements.

Should be able to operate with minimal direction.

Working along with the 3rd party clients of the customer ensures a smooth functioning of the systems.

Take corrective actions based on the customer satisfaction surveys.
