Experience: 5+ years Role Overview: M3 Functional Consultant (Supply Chain) We are looking for an experienced Infor M3 Functional Consultant – Supply Chain to lead the implementation, optimization, and support of the Infor M3 SCM (Supply Chain Management) module. The consultant will work closely with business users to streamline processes in Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management, and ensure successful system adoption. This position requires strong technical and functional expertise in M3 Supply Chain modules, combined with the ability to work independently and provide hands-on support. Key Responsibilities: Implement and support Infor M3 Supply Chain Management (SCM) module functionalities. Design and optimize business processes for Procurement, Logistics, and Inventory Management. Collaborate with business users to build and configure Supply Chain process flows based on operational needs. Lead data conversion and mapping strategies for Supply Chain, Procurement, and Inventory data. Conduct end-user training sessions and create detailed documentation. Provide Post Go-Live support to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvements. Mandatory Skills: Infor M3 Supply Chain / Procurement Module expertise Strong understanding of Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Control, and Warehouse Operations Hands-on end-to-end M3 Implementation experience Practical experience with M3 APIs for integration and automation Optional/Nice-to-Have Skills: Business process optimization for Procurement and Logistics Data Conversion and Mapping skills for supply chain data Training delivery experience for end users Post Go-Live Support and system issue troubleshooting Strong communication and collaboration skills are critical. Ability to drive solutions independently with minimal supervision.
