Job Description
- Experience in Genesys composer v8.1.561.29 Installation and call flow development/deployment
- Should have performed Genesys Engage On-Premises 9.x implementation and configurations.
- Knowledge of SIP infrastructure, Genesys framework, Nuance Speech Recognition, Genesys Voice Portal.
- Experience with implementing complex solutions involving Web Services, SOAP, VXML and Voice Object
- Genesys Certifications Preferred.,Provide technical expertise in all aspects of IVR solution design and application development
- Excellent analytical skills. Must have the ability to understand problems, identify root cause and derive potential solutions.
- Proficient in Oracle/MSSQL/RDBMS concepts
