• 10+ years of related work experience.
• Deep knowledge of payment processing and related technology.
• Proven experience in gathering, defining, and documenting business requirements and functional requirements.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize a varied workload with multiple stakeholders.
• Robust ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving scenario.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to clearly convey complex information while adjusting style to the intended audience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with coding is a plus, but not required.
