Job Description :
• Confident, Strong communications. They will be dealing with experienced NY real estate people. It cannot be someone with a passive personality.
• Systems Architect with vast Networking technologies experience
• Ability to diagram and plan network designs and present to business / project owners & vendors
• Work with vendors to design solutions to match criteria of plans of the building
• Experience with full building Systems including Mobile DAS, CBRS & IOT Sensor devices within a building as well as general knowledge of distributed systems within a property (this is not a show stopper)
• Full building WIFI solutions
• Understands Fiber design within a building
• Property Technology / Real Estate experience is a plus
