Position Overview
Lead Solution Architect to join their Platform team. This role is ideal for a deeply technical leader with expertise in modern microservices, cloud-native architectures, micro frontends, and large-scale enterprise engineering. You will architect core platform capabilities that power the organization’s development ecosystem and enable independent, scalable delivery across teams.

Core Backend & Platform Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Spring Boot–based microservices
Apply advanced design patterns and distributed architecture principles Architect and optimize Kafka-based streaming solutions Strong MongoDB expertise including schema design, optimization, and integrations Build CI/CD solutions using GitHub Actions Utilize Kubernetes & Helm for cloud-native deployments Implement high-performance backend services using Java 17 Frontend & Micro Frontend Responsibilities
Architect complex Module Federation solutions enabling team autonomy and shared dependency efficiency
Implement full-stack solutions spanning React micro frontends
Build and optimize complex frontend configurations with a focus on:
Bundle size
Code splitting
Tree shaking
Caching strategies
7+ years of deep experience with React, Redux, GraphQL
Platform Engineering & Tooling
Develop a standardized Fenergo (FinCrime tool) mocking layer enabling API-first development
Optimize micro frontend build pipelines to support large and complex dependency graphs
Build scalable DevOps processes aligned with enterprise engineering practices
Expertise with message queueing technologies:
Kafka
MQS
Amazon SQS
Experience integrating with Webhooks
Strong focus on performance monitoring and optimization at scale
