Qualifications
10 years of work experience in IT, with Programming background and 3 to 5 years' project management experience over Mainframe Projects
4-year IT college degree a plus
3 to 5 years management experience Experience in COBOL, DB2, CICS, and JCL in a z/OS environment is required Experience with Distributed programming skills is a plus Experience with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies Experience in project life cycle phases including analysis, design, programming and implementation
Excellent organization, verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Advanced interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision
