- Must have worked on multiple SAP 4/HANA projects and experience with brownfield migration (MUST HAVE)
- Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions across multiple geographies, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory requirements.
- Provide functional leadership across SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, Banking, PCA) and SAP CO (CCA, CEA, Internal Orders, Product Costing – MTS/MTO, CO-PA, Allocations, COGS, and Variance Split).
- Drive end-to-end finance processes including financial close, profitability analysis, cost allocations, and performance reporting.
- Ensure seamless integration of FICO with MM, SD, and PP modules to support order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and manufacturing processes.
- Lead requirement gathering workshops and solution design discussions with finance stakeholders and translating business needs into SAP solutions.
- Manage finance master data including Business Partner (customers/vendors), Material/Service Master, G/L Master, Asset Master, and Cost Objects (Profit Centers, Cost Centers, Internal Orders).
- Support Material Ledger (Actual Costing), Funds Management, and related financial processes within SAP.
- Provide expertise in country-specific tax, legal, and compliance requirements across global implementations.
- Contribute to financial processes relevant to agro-based or manufacturing businesses, including cost tracking, inventory valuation, and profitability reporting.
