Job Description:

Exposure to migration of large-scale Mainframe applications to distributed systems, including the use of AI-driven solutions in modernization initiatives.
Design, develop, and implement large-scale Mainframe database applications within a distributed development environment.
Develop technical designs and convert business requirements into scalable business processes using COBOL and databases such as IMS, DB2, VSAM, and/or IDMS.
Work with technologies including CICS and IBM Assembler where required.
Participate in business value assessments and business requirement elaboration phases.  
Perform detailed design activities for workflows, business rules, user interfaces, and reporting components.
Coordinate unit testing, integration testing, defect resolution, and support testing teams in collaboration with product management.
Design and code database applications following coding standards and best practices, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
Perform maintenance and enhancements for existing applications
