Job Role and Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Workday Security Consultant who has expertise in architect and maintenance of workday HCM/security including roles, domains, business process security and audit process, and procedures to meet requirements and compliance.
The Workday Security Consultant will collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure best practices and guidelines for Workday Security are followed. This role will be responsible for providing ongoing support and maintenance of Workday instance.

Primary Skills:
• 3 to 5 years of Demonstrated experience in the implementation and maintenance of Workday Security module.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively manage client and stakeholder expectations.
• Self-motivated, highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize independently while demonstrating a sense of urgency.
• Ability to exercise confidentiality, tact, and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
• Certifications in Workday HCM Core preferable.
• Desired completion of Workday Learning courses for Configurable Security Fundamentals, Advanced Security Configuration, and Integration Security.

Secondary Skills:
• Understand and implement the business requirements and processes to configure Workday appropriately.
• Assist client team with security audit reports and data access quality checks.
• Understand the HR technology framework related to Workday and other systems and their respective interactions.
• Validates configurations via testing to ensure development/ configuration work is in line with the user requirements.
• Support security related testing activities after changes are made to domain and business process policies as part of projects and change improvements.
• Support ongoing operational work assignments to include development of user stories, defect resolution, draft of functional specifications, documentation to support change, and knowledge transfer artifacts.
• Understand and anticipate cause and effect touchpoints for Workday security across functional and technical workstreams.
• Stays up to date on trends and developments within Workday area of expertise, continuous research, and use of best practices.
