Required Skill:
1. Federal Client Experience with Security Cleared Roles: At least 2 years of experience working with federal clients supporting Security Cleared requirements.
2. Perm/Direct Hire Experience: At least 2 years of experience in permanent/direct hire recruitment in the US IT industry.
Key Skills
1. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
