Business Analyst 3

Job Summary
Experienced Business Analyst 3 responsible for supporting EHR users, analyzing workflows, documenting requirements, and improving system usability.

Key Responsibilities

·         Support EHR users and troubleshoot issues

·         Monitor workflows, processes, and procedures

·         Gather and document business requirements

·         Develop user stories and support testing

·         Create job aids, training materials, and user documentation

·         Support go-live activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Skills and Certification

·         Experience in application and EHR support

·         Strong skills in troubleshooting, requirements gathering, and documentation

·         Experience with testing cycles and Agile documentation

·         Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, SharePoint, and Visio

·         Knowledge of Oracle Health / Cerner platforms and related workflows

Preferred Skills and Certification

·         Experience with SQL, Oracle databases, or web applications

·         Familiarity with Agile methodologies

·         Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

Scheduling

·         Onsite required, including at least one day per week
