Project Manager 1 Scrum Master

Job Summary:
Skilled Scrum Master needed to support team by leading Agile ceremonies, managing delivery tracking, maintaining Azure DevOps work items, and supporting reporting, documentation, and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Facilitate Scrum ceremonies

·         Maintain backlogs, dashboards, and Azure DevOps work items

·         Track velocity, burndown, risks, blockers, and status

·         Create DevOps cards and supporting documentation

·         Coordinate across teams and support issue investigation

·         Partner with the Development Manager to improve delivery execution

Required Skills and Certification:

·         3–5 years of Scrum Master experience

·         Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and team coaching

·         3 years of experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools

·         Experience in reporting, documentation, backlog management, and cross-team coordination

·         Ability to support both Agile facilitation and delivery operations

·         CSM Certification required

Preferred Skills and Certification:

·         PMP Certification preferred

·         Experience in enterprise or government environments

·         Familiarity with Agile transformation or maturity initiatives
