Business Analyst 5

Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Business Analyst 5 to lead business analysis, requirements gathering, process modeling, and Agile support for IT-focused initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

·         Conduct business process reviews and requirements documentation

·         Develop process models and manage user stories

·         Facilitate stakeholder and senior leadership discussions

·         Support public-facing IT solution initiatives

Required Skills

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         7+ years in business process review, requirements elicitation, and documentation

·         5+ years managing/developing user stories on Agile projects

·         2+ years working with senior management on strategy and consensus-building

·         2+ years supporting IT solutions for public use

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

·         Experience with statements of work, contracts, or work agreements

·         Experience with state and/or federal regulatory programs

Schedule

·         40 hours/week

·         Hybrid

·         Onsite Wednesdays and Thursdays

·         Duration: 6 months
