Temporary Customer Service Rep.

Job Summary:
Part-time Temporary Customer Service Representative needed to assist customers with prize claims, product questions, and daily sales support in a fast-paced service environment.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Greet and assist customers

·         Review documentation before claim processing

·         Sell lottery products

·         Help with nightly closing and shift coverage as needed

·         Perform basic customer service and clerical duties

Required Skills and Certification:

·         High School diploma or equivalent

·         6 months of clerical experience

·         6 months of customer service experience

·         Basic knowledge of telephone, cash register, and office equipment

Preferred Skills and Certification:

·         Experience with nightly closeouts, cash counts, and deposit preparation

Scheduling:

·         Start Date: 11/23/2026

·         End Date: 01/30/2027

·         Interview: In person only

·         Schedule: On-site, part-time, average 22 hours/week
