Quality Assurance Analyst – Project Lead

Job Summary:
Experienced Quality Assurance Analyst needed to lead data mapping, software testing, and business process improvement for enterprise software implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead data mapping and software quality assurance

·         Review and improve business processes and procedures

·         Track issues and manage helpdesk tickets with vendors

·         Work with internal teams and vendors to resolve software pain points

·         Prepare reports, documentation, change orders, and statements of work

·         Support training and recommended process changes

Required Skills and Certification:

·         High School diploma

·         6+ years as a Quality Analyst

·         3+ years of State Government experience

·         3+ years with Emphasys and HDS

·         6+ years in data mapping, process testing, and documentation

·         Experience creating software change requests and statements of work

Preferred Skills and Certification:

·         Experience with end user support

·         Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills

Scheduling:

·         Start Date: 12/04/2026

·         Duration: 12 months with possible extension

·         Hours: 40/week

·         Location: Fully on-site in Columbia, SC

Interview: 1 round, onsite
